Just purchased this brand new 2025 Entegra Anthem by trading in my 2022 Reatta. My experience this time was with Mr Jeremy Morrow and he was an awesome individual to deal and do business with. I wish I could give Jeremy Morrow 10 stars as he certainly deserves them. We just purchased a Newmar Dutch Star from him and I assure you that he made it a very pleasant experience. He is very knowledgable, thoughtful and a man of his word. He assured us that certain issues would be addressed and when the time came he did just that. If you are lucky to deal with him I promise you won't be disappointed. We love our Dutch Star and the wonderful experience that we had dealing with National Indoor.
Would like to start with, I hate RV, Car, Boat etc. shopping as you never know what kind of dealership or salesperson you are dealing with. I cannot stand trying to be sold, lied to or mislead. Buying our new RV at NIRV in Atlanta was such a pleasant surprise. From sales with Jeremy, to finance with Tamora, all the way to service with Nick, I had an excellent experience. Jeremy Morrow, our sales consultant at NIRV is an absolute gem! I had the daunting task of purchasing an Entegra Accolade 37k sight unseen from a whopping 1500 miles away, and let me tell you, Jeremy's integrity and honesty shone through every step of the way. From the moment I contacted him, he exuded professionalism and a genuine willingness to help.
My wife and I had a 5 star plus experience with National indoor RV. We'd decided on a Pleasure Ascent and since they're difficult to find I started looking outside of California. I made one call to NIRVC and connected with Jeremy Morrow. After less than 15 minutes on the phone we had the the coach and price I wanted. Jeremy and the staff at NIRVC were friendly, honest and competent. Everything discussed and promised over the phone was delivered and more. We were introduced to the Ascent by K.J. who spent all the time we needed to familiarize us with the coach.
